EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It's a therapy that was developed in the 1980s to treat Vietnam War Veterans for PTSD and has been proven to be highly effective. The best part is that it works very quickly and you won't need to spend hours talking about your feelings. EMDR removes the pain from the past to allow you to truly live your future.
